Hello, I am looking to see if anyone in Virginia has any information on the parents of John Hackney, B Abt 1760, and Jane Vail, B Abt 1786. They were from New Castle, Delaware, where they were married, and moved on to Virginia into Russell Co.. Their son, Thomas, married Pracilla Drake, and moved into what is now Pike Co, Ky..
