I am searching for the burial place for William B. Dean who was born 2/21/1840 in Onondaga County, New York and died 2/19/1885 in Ridgefield, New Jersey.

He was a school teacher in and around Chittenango, New York for a time and at the outbreak of the Civil War he enlisted in the 12th New York Cavalry. After the war he dealt in hotel glassware in New York City, but lived in Ridgefield, New Jersey.

His wife's name was Helen J. Dean and she was living in New York in 1890.

William B. Dean's New Jersey death certificate states that he was buried in Orange, New Jersey, but could it have meant Orange, New York?

I am not related to him.
