Daniel Franklin Dean - wrong info on marker
Posted by: Bobbi Chase (ID *****3242) Date: November 09, 2012 at 13:00:20

A number of years back a particular person ordered a CW marker for Daniel Franklin Dean. The marker was placed in the City Cemetery in Palestine, TX. It was learned that the person who had the "Jr." added to Daniel's name didn't know that since his father's first name Daniel didn't automatically mean he had the same middle name as his son Daniel. Indeed, the father did not have the same middle name and that has been proved and anyone who is interested can also prove the middle name by themselves. It is too bad that the person who placed the marker didn't do the work to learn if both father and son had the same middle name or not.
