My sincere apologies for being so late in replying to your message. I thank you Very much for this info. This is it!!
Rev. Silas Moody did indeed have a daughter named Mary.
It is on the Arundel, ME church records. If my memory hasn't failed me too badly, they were Quakers.
I have the pages printed out from the NEHGR. I was astonished to see the COFFIN surname. Besides Moody, I think that is the next most prolific name in my family tree.
My grt. grandmother was a Coffin and they were from Freeport, ME. I have several Moody > Coffin connections going way back to the earliest days of Newbury, MA, so this was exciting to see yet another one.
