Journalist Joe visited me in Stratford, Ont. recently as I had identified Mary Dearborn for him. She was my grandfather's younger sister.
I was able to identify her to his satisfaction and he took copius notes, with the intent of doing a follow-up story shortly. He brought with him, the Thomas Moore book ( in red leather) as well as the maple leaf. We had an enjoyable afternoon and I'm certainly anxious to read his follow-up article.
So far, I have heard nothing further from the chap who found the books.
