May Dearborn is my great aunt and went to school at what is now Texas State University. She spent her life teaching school in Johnson City Texas and once told me she taught Samual and Lyndon Johnson. She married into the Lindeman family of Blanco, but had no children of her own. My grandmother was her sister. They had one brother named Homer. As a teenager, I visited in Blanco with my grandmother and stayed at her home. It was right on the BLanco River (now part of Blanco state Park.

She returned to San Marcos Normal and received her MAster's degree from them in the 50's or 60's.
