Hello Emily,

Maybe you will be checking in after a couple years.

I've run into a couple of others trying to find out about a Henry Deardoff/dorff, d: 8 Sep 1846, who shows up in Tuscarawas Co OH marrried to Elizabeth Bartlett of PA lineage, supposedly they have one child Henry, b: 8 Sep 1846 who marries Lydia Gerber, they settle Lancaster Co NE.

Elizabeth shows up married to German immigre Fredrick Amos, with Henry(3) and Elyn(8) Dearduff in 1850 census, makes me wonder if Henry Sr was also an immigrant, why not turning anything up on him.
