There is extensive information about this Shadden branch of the DeArmond family, but my ggrandfather Wiley DeArmond is NOT the same one. I simply have hit a brick wall trying to find out who was Wiley's mother! Wiley's siblings were Rachael, Henry, John, Jack and Thomas, all of whom grew up at DeArmond's Crossing in Roane County. Wiley is buried at Willard Park in South Harriman.
