Mrs. Dorothy DeArmond Ferguson, 62, died at her home on R. R. 6 at 4:30pm Sunday after a lenghty illness. She had spent most of her life in the Rushville community. She was a retired employee of Cassdiy's department store and was well known as a Rush County artist. Born in Fayette County on March 7, 1919 she was the daughter of Marshall and Merle Bever DeArmond. She was a memeber of the Orange Christian church. On June 27, 1979 she was married to Dewey L. Ferguson who survives. Also survives is one step son Russel Ferguson of Covington, Ky; five step grandchildren; several step great grandchildren and one great great step grandchild. Servixces will be held on Wednesday at 1pm at Moster and Sons with the Rev. Gary Kirchoff officiating. Burial will be in the Orange North cemetery. Friends may cal after 3pm Tuesday at Moster and Sons in Rushville.
