I am looking for BIOGRAPHICAL information on MEDAL OF HONOR recipient WILLIAM DE ARMOND, born ca 1838, Middletown, Butler County, Ohio, died (killed in action on the Upper Washita River, Texas), 9, September 1874. His body was never recovered, but an "In Memory Of" marker was placed in the San Antonio National Cemetery. Any help will be appreciated.
