I might can help a little bit. I'm also looking for info on my ancestors Deas.. My g-g-g-grandfather Antonia Deas b. 1797 in Spain married Mary L. Carlisle b.1812 in NC, had a son named William T. Deas b. 1830 and he married a Mary (maiden name unknown) b. 1834.. William T. & Mary had two children: Henry Deas b. 1854 and Olivis Deas b. 1860. William T. Deas was born in Hancock County GA.
