I have done very little work on the CARLISLE line, but will provide what I do have:

1860 census, Hancock Co., GA, with Rebecca CARLISLE listed next to (son-in-law) Anthony DEAS and possible daughter Mary L.

You will find there is a Hannah Carlisle noted: Tuesday, February 21, 1837 (Southern Recorder - Hancock Co)
Georgia, Hancock County: Hannah Carlisle applies for letters of administration on the estate of Robert Carlisle
