Archibald Brown was buried at the St. James Goose Creek, Chapel of Ease Cemetery located between Goose Creek and Moncks Corner, SC. The Chapel of Ease was built with bricks in the shape of a cross. It was destroyed about the time of the American Revolution. Restoration has been done to the cemetery tombstones and several other new revolutionary soldiers have been found. Mrs. Caroline Deas born 1783, died 1816 was also buried there. I am looking for more information on this woman. Thanks. Please contact me for more info on the Chapel of Ease.
