The "Cemetery Records of Union Co., GA", published 1990, by the Union Co., Historical Society, has no "Dewey DEAVER" listed.

The book covers most cemeteries in Union Co., including many small family cemeteries. The DEAVERs were/are bad to use knicknames.

Any possibility Dewey is a knickname?
Any other Dewey's in your search?
Any idea of what part of town, or what church they attended?
Or other surnames that married into the family?
