I have a Joseph Devor b: bet. 1820 - 1822 probably in Franklin Co., Pennsylvania. Married 1st. Marie ? b: bet. 1821 - 1822. Joseph married 2nd. Elizabeth Piper.

I have no parents for Joseph Devor/Deavor/Dever etc. either.

I know that Joseph Devor's 2nd. wife Elizabeth was a Piper, in 1880 her two sister's Katharine & Jane Piper were living with her.
I also know that the Jane that is married to William Yocum is Barbara Jane Devor, d/o Joseph & Maria ? Devor.
Can anyone shed any light on these families. I have the Yocum family as that is my direct line into the Piper, Devor/Deavor's.
