Jack W. Deaver

I am trying to find information on a Jack W. Deaver, born circa 1936 - 1942. The middle initial likely stands for Wilson. He is supposed to have received his social security card circa 1959-1960 in Alabama. Jack possibly lived in New York City, NY, circa 1970s thru 1990s and possibly died not too long ago. He was schooled in the French language, wrote in French, studied in France as well. Any information on this fellow would be much appreciated.
