Here's the closest thing I have. The 1920 census for Hawkins Co Tn shows a Mack age 5 listed as son in household of George W. Deabord (sic, really George Washington Debord or DeBord 1877-1947 or d 1927). Also shows a sister Bessie age 14 and another sister Lizzie age 10. One of these could be your Elizabeth. But the rest of the info doesn't match what you have.
Here's how I read the 1920 census for Hawkins Co TN:
ED 112 page 2 line 72 family 33 (Jame Deabord age 86 was listed Next door? in family 32, really James H. Debord b 28 Feb 1831 in Washington Co VA)
George W. Deabord age 41 b TN parents b TN; wife Laura M. age age 39 b TN parents b TN; Quinnie age 18 daughter b TN; Don or Dan A. age 16, Bessie age 14, Johnnie age 12 son, Lizzie age 10, Hobart age 7, Mack age 5, James W. age 3 yrs 1/12.
I beleive this Mack died 1993 in Norfolk VA, buried Knoxville TN.
