That's about the way I read the census also, except I read Andrew as age 9. I am virtually certain this is the family of Harvey Debord b 1806 s/o Reuben b 1758 and his 2nd wife Mary Herron b ca 1820. They marr 1841 Smyth Va. The older children are from his first marr to Martha Wheeler. So go figure how they got those ages for the census.
