Decherds From TN to TX

Hello,

I am hoping to find the answer/resolution to a question I have encountered about a Decherd (various spellings) family which left Franklin Co., TN in the early 1850s and moved to Bastrop Co., TX.

My concern is about the children of Benjamin Spyker and Julia Henderson Spyker. The 1850 census for Franklin Co;, TN shows, Julia Loughmiller (7) and Elizabeth Loughmiller (5 yrs). It is suggested in Percy Deckard's 1932 book that these are children of Elizabeth Decherd and F. A. Loughmiller. Anyone know for sure? And was Elizabeth, the mother, a daughter or sister of Benjamin?
