I just came across this site... I live in NY, my paternal grandfather was Sydney DeCuir (from Bourdeaux, via Baton Rouge), great-grandfather was Omer DeCuir, and I had 2 great aunts, Clem and Gilda. Clem has a son who is still living, named Malcolm, in Huntington, NY (?). Her other son, Doug, passed away but she may have other children, grandchildren, etc.. Both Clem and Gilda have passed. My father recently passed away, his name was Robert Stanley. Please get in touch with me, if you'd like, and we can investigate this further. Nice meeting you!
