I received yesterday the death certificate for Jacob Clay Dean.

The death certificate for Jacob Clay Dean listed fathers name as JAMES DEAN and mothers name as LEWIS, with both parents being born in Illinois. The death certificate was signed by their daughter, my Great Grandmother, Mrs. Belman Fowler, Sarah Leona Dean.

The spouse of Jacob Clay Dean was Sarah Emeline Smith and her parents were listed as Mothers name: Hicks and Fathers Name: Smith with both parents being born in South Carolina. My GG Uncle, George Dean, her son signed the death certificate.
