I have had no luck in trying to trace her family. I recently heard she may have been the daughter of a Hansford Deer of Grant Co. Simpson Twsp. AR. 1870 census page 236. Would you have any info on Hasford Deer/Deere Any info is greatly appreciated. I have a birthdate of 1860 for Susan Deer and some say MO. some say MS. There is a James L. Deer in the same area and time in the census.
