Young Deer -- Cherokees in Georgia

While Deer would not be a proper surname for my ancestor, I have no idea where else to post this message. I'm looking for anyone who may happen to have information on Young Deer (Ah'wi'ni'ta), a full-blooded Cherokee who lived in Forsyth County, GA in the late 1700's and early 1800's. He was born around 1790-95 and died 1825-28. He had a sister named Susannah who married William Hendricks. Around 1813-1814, Young Deer married Winnie Tidwell and 1815 had a son they named John Tidwell. Young Deer was my fifth great-grandfather and I would very much like to try and find out who his parents were and where he was born -- perhaps even a bit more information about him.
