ANN DEFLEY
Posted by: John McDonald Date: January 23, 2002 at 11:01:29

I am trying to find out as much information as possible in regards to Ann Defley who was married to James McDonald or McDonnell.
James was a crofter and they had a son Thomas who was born in the Parish of Kilglass, County Roscommon in either 1805 (based on his marriage certficate) or 1817 (based on his death certficate)
Thomas and his wife Ann Derwin moved to Scotland during the mass evictions in 1848.
Unfortunately I don't have anymore information about James or Ann and would appreciate any assistance that I receive.
John
