My name is Billy deGolyer. I am a young filmmaker. I am putting together an independent film and am looking for funding to put this project together. I would like this picture to be a deGolyer production. I belong to the FVA in New York and the investor would fall under the C3 package. This means if a person invests, that money is a tax right off, but unlike your typical tax right off, a C3 allows you to make a profit. The project is called "Acrobats" and is a sweet story about first generation Americans living in California. We already have European distribution with several theatres. We just need the funding.
