This is for Moses DeGraff whose second wife was Elizabeth Tabler. He died 30 Apr 1828 and is buried in the Stoutenburgh Ground, Hyde Park, Dutchess County, NY. Would love to verify the identity of his first wife.

In the name of God Amen - I Moses De Graff of the Town of Hyde Park, County of
Dutchess, State of New York, being in Sound mind & memory do make & Constitute
this my last will & Testament revoking all others - In the first place I request my executors hereinafter mentioned to sell my real & personal estate to the best advantage within one year after my decease - then all my debts to be paid. After which I request & order my executors to pay the following legacies vis. to my eight beloved children, Abraham, Robert, Isaac, Elizabeth, Moses, Caroline, Margaret & Catherine the sum of two hundred & fifty dollars each. The legacies of Moses, Caroline, Margaret & Catherine to be put at interest & the amount to be paid to them when they respectively become of age or sooner if necessary for their support - Also two hundred dollars to be equally divided between the heirs of Yanatje or Jane, the wife of John Rynus - I also will & bequeath to Moses, Caroline, Margaret & Catherine the children of my present wife Elizabeth each a feather bed with bedding & such as may be in my house at the time of my decease - I also will & bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth one feather bed with the bedding belonging to the same giving her the choice of beds and bedding belonging to me - I hereby further order & request my executors after the sales of my property as aforesaid & after the payments of the legacies aforesaid, to put the remainder of the moneys arising from such Sale at lawful interest, paying the interest arising from the same yearly & each year to my beloved wife Elizabeth aforesaid during her natural life & after her decease the principal to be equally divided between my eight children vis - Abraham, Robert, Isaac, Elizabeth, Moses, Caroline, Margaret & Catherine - And I do hereby nominate, Constitute & appoint Abraham De Graff one the above mentioned heirs & John Todd of the Town & County aforesaid executors to this my last will & testament - In witness whereof I have
hereunto Set my hand & seal - Dated this tenth day of May in the year of our Lord, One
