I have followed the DeGroft name in Pa. for 3 to 4 Generations. It appears that my line, Now DeGroft was linked to the jean La Conte line. According to my reasearch my line Changed from Degraff to DeGroft in the mid 1800's I have documents dating back to 1748 for now and am in the early stages of reasearch. Would love to exchange information with anyone who I may help or has more info.
