There is a Johann DEHNER buried in Mount Calvary (Catholic) Cemetery in Columbus, I entered a Findagrave record for him this evening:

The design on his tombstone, the two hands clasped, is often indicative of a surviving spouse.

There is a Franklin county, Ohio, marriage record for John Daner and Clara Miller on April 26, 1866.

These seem good matches for your data and may be worth further investigation.
