Laresa....
Ken and I just returned from 8 days in London this afternoon so I am "fuzzy" from jet lag but rest assured I have all the information (and probably more!) on the Deichman family!! If you will send me your e-mail or address, we will send it to you. My Grandfather was your James Francis' brother. My father, Merle, was the baby of the family and had a brother 25 yrs older than he so they are all deceased but I did know all of them and spent a lot of time as a child with my grandfather. Tonight I cannot answer your question about St. Clair, Ill. but they did come to Kansas from there. I remember my grandfather, Charles, telling me about walking behind the covered wagon.
I would love to get together with you. As I probably told you, we live 40 mi SW of Ft. Worth near the town of Granbury. Keep in touch,
Dortha
