Hello Pamela! Have just seen your message re Mabel and am very excited as my interests lie in the same family. My great grandfather was Arthur Henry - son of Robert and Elizabeth and brother of Mable. I too cannot find a birth certificate for Robert Henry - I ordered one for a Robert Henry from Stepney but unfortunately that is not the right one (this one had parents Thomas, a policeman, and Mary Ann). I am at my wits end as this birth cert is the last piece of info I need to prove the links in the family. I am trying to find where all the parish records from St Giles, St Anns etc are kept as the family all seem to come from around there. If you do find any more information would you let me know (and likewise!!).
Look forward to hearing any news
ps - I have a huge family tree of the Delabertauches going back to 1500s in france that someone sent my mum about 10 years ago and have finally managed to place our family into it. If you want a copy I can see if I can get it copied for you (it is 3 x A3 pages) - it is on a website somewhere but cant remember.
