I'm new at this and I need some help. I have traced the Staten Island, New York deLaet's to Canada using the 1881 Canadian Census.
Albelie was born in Belgium and he also used the first name of Alberic on my grandfathers Baptismal Certificate in 1882.
They had only the one child that I know about but I think there were others? My Grand father was Baptized Charles Duggald Adrien de Laet (bApril 3, 1882). I have traced my Grandfather to present. I'm looking for help on the Canadian and Belgium sides to track further back.
