My grandfathers name was Bernard Cyril DeLaet.My grandmothers name was Susan Schmidt.I believe it was changed to Smith at some point.He was born in 1901 and died in 1992.She was born in 1901 and died in 1985.I believe my grandfather had a brother named Clyde.They moved to southern Michigan before 1930 because my father was born in Reading MI. in 1931.My father was Harry E DeLaet(died 1977).I live in Jackson MI.Thank you for any info.
