Mother to FDR, Sarah Delano's sister Louise- missing?

The Warren Delanos (grandfather of FDR) spent a lot of time back and forth between NY and China in the 1840s-60s. In the 1850 NY census first daughter Louise (sister to Sarah Delano) was born in China in 1846. In 1860 she was reported born in NY age 14. One source I have said that Warren called his family, including daughter Sarah Delano (mother to FDR, to join him in China in 1862. What happened to Louise at that time? Is there a good book on the Warren Delano family including China business travels? Is there a picture of the Warren Delano family/daughters before 1862? Our family lore says we have a connection here.

Thank you for any help finding this person Louise Delano b 1846-7 or pictures of her. I have seen one poor quality family photo on the internet.
