I know I have a Tidd on my direct line but can't remember the connection at this moment. After the holidays are over, I plan to make some trips to the Family History Center in Salt Lake City and check some of my lines. There are so many. My 2nd husband couldn't figure out why I had more lines than he; so I told him my people were born on the American frontier, married very young and died young--some of them. He was shocked to find out I had one great grandmother, married at age 13 and so was her mother young. One of my 9th or 10 great grandfathers let his only surviving daughter marry so young she had her 1st baby at age 12. So you can see why I have extra lines. His people waited until in their mid-twenties. By the way, that 12 year old produced at least a doz. children and was from one of the lines that lived into their 80s and 90s way back in 1640-60. Also, I am somehow connected with Franklin Delano Roosevelt, but I think it's through the Richard Warren line, which might be how I connect with the Delano family. I think they married into the Warren line. We are possibly cousins. Does Francis or Mary Tidd sound familiar? Iris
