Hi Cathy,
I sent you an email regarding Edward F. Delano's daughter, Ann Sandra Delano-Hopkins, born March 7, 1935 and who passed away April 4, 2009 in Mesa, AZ at the age of 74 - she had terminal emphyzema. She was married to James Waitman Hopkins, (born March 29, 1931 and died June 2, 2008) for 17 years, but divorced in 1972. They have four children together, Byron James Hopkins 4-7-56, Victoria Ann Hopkins-Coppinger, 5-7-58, Edward Delano Hopkins, 12-12-60, and Darwin Waitman Hopkins (my husband), 4-12-63. All residing in Arizona. She later had a child out of wedlock, Harry Mark Martin, Jr., 9-22-75, also known as Jay Rueben Delano.
Ann is survived by her sister, April Delano-Rodriguez of Demming, NM. April also had five children and resided mainly in the El Paso, TX area - she is also divorced, her five children, 22 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
The two girls were raised by their mother, who died in the 90's. Her name was Linda Neal Everette, but she went by "Dee."
There is one other sister, Eddye? I think. Ann has not had contact with her since the 80's.
