Hi melissa, My name is Pete Osgood,i live in Falmouth,Maine. Thomas Delano born in 9-10-1747 in Duxbury,Plymouth, Ma. and died in abt. 1833 in Falmouth,Maine.Thomas is my great,great,great,great Maernal grandfather.He is a first cousin to Barzillai Delano born in Falmouth, Maine in 1745 and died in Cape Elizabeth,Maine in 20-6-1820 age 75.His first wife is Mary Cobb she was born in 1745 in Cape Elizabeth, Maine and she died in 20-7-1783 They are both buried together in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Barzillai had a second wife Hanna Dyer born 1745 and died in Cape Elizabeth,Maine in 22-10-1831.Barzillai Delano was a lighthouse keeper at Portland Headlight in Cape Elizabeth from 1796-1820. There was also a James Delano born in 1812 and died in 1878 who was a lighthouse keeper there also from 1854-1861 James was the son of Ebenezer Delano born 8-6-1780 died 4-10-1842. Ebenezer Delano was the son of Barzillai.Barzillai father was Thomas Delano 1702-1769 His grandfather was Thomas Delano 1668-1723 great grandfather was Thomas Delano 1642-1723 married to Rebecca Alden.Great,great grandfather is Philippe De Lannoy born abt. 1602 in Leyden,Holland.
