I know this is an old posting, but I ran across Arthur Delbo while researching my Floyd family. Arthur Delbo was married to Mary Floyd around 1897. I don't know whether they were married in Pennsylvania or California. She was born in March 1869 (1900 Census) in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and died 4 Feb 1921 in Banning, Riverside, California (CA Death Index). I can only find one child, Hazel, born around 1906, and have nothing else on her. Arthur died 31 Oct 1961 (CA Death Index)in Placer County, California.
Mary was the oldest child of Andrew Floyd & Anna Brenner.
