Those of you who have utilized The Delcour Road will be saddened to hear that the author, Mary Delcour, died on December 10, 2002. She was 87 and had been suffering from Alzheimer's disease. She thoroughly enjoyed her geneological research up until three or years before her death, by which time her disease had pretty much gotten the best of her faculties.
