My Great great grandfather on my mother's side was named Juan deLeon. I do not hink he came from Spain, though. In the 1850's he would have been married to a Vasilia Orosco. They had a daugter by the name of Anita deLeon. She married Roman Torres and had a son by the name of Jose deLeon Torres who was my grandfather on my mother's side of the family.
