Delorme Family Genealogy Forum
I don't know if this will help you or not, but... In about 1980 while at the University of California at Santa Barbara, I stumbled onto an old book (in French) that listed the De Lorme family history AND described (but had no picture of) the De Lorme "Coat of Arms". I really don't speak french, but did manage to translate some bits(I think!) that described it as including a lion, possibly with three roses in its mouth, (tres roses en chef) and something about Fleur-de-lis. The same book also had a map showing a place that had once been (maybe is still?)called Orme. It seemed to be saying that the De Lormes were from Orme... I can't say how accurate that is, but since no one else has added anything to your query, I thought I would at least pass that on. I have kept my eyes out since then for an actual picture of the Coat of Arms, but have never seen anything else about it!
