I am researching my maternal line which is infinitely more frustrating than my paternal line.
My great-great grandmother was Philomene GOULET, born 17 DEC 1856 in rural Quebec and married to Jean-Baptiste DELORME.
They lived in Ottawa, Ontario during the later half of the 19th century. They appear on the 1901 Census Dalhousie Ward of Ottawa with 9 children:
Alexis (1879), Isidore (1883), Angeline (1885): my great-grandmother, Marie (1886), Napoleon (1888), Eugene (1890), Berta (1893), Julia (1896), & Florida (1897).
Any info concerning Philomene's parents would be greatly appreciated.
