James Dement Civil War Confederate buried at Jefferson Barrack St. Louis MO

While looking around the internet recently, I found

Dement, James , d. 01/27/1863, Confederate States Army, Plot: Sec 21 0 Site: 4862, bur. 01/27/1863 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis.

I believe him to be in Co. B of the TX 16th Infantry.

He was a Confederate Prisioner of War who died in St. Louis, MO of Typhoid Fever.

My notes says Co. B of 16th TX Inf...then I have 17th TX CAV

"16th TX Inf: Many of its members were from Belton and Austin, and the cos. of Washington and Upshur"
"17th TX Cav: Members recruited from cos. of Nacogdoches, Cherokee, Smith and Red River"
