George W. DENBO was the son of Joseph DENBO b. 24 March 1804. and Cynthia BOOKER b. 15 December 1804. They married 5 June 1858.
Cynthia BOOKER's roots were in Kentucky. As were the DENBO'S before migrating up to Indiana.
Joseph DENBO was the son of Robert DENBO 1777-1817. Who married Mary Ann CRAWFORD (1774-1856) in 1797.
Mary Ann was the daughter of Robert CRAWFORD of Kentucky.
I would say that the dates of your early DENBO's and mine might make them brother's or cousins.
I have not researched the siblings of Joseph. However, if I dig I know I have information from others research that would point me in the right direction until I could prove everything.
I do belive that Joseph had a twin sister, MaryAnn. She was born on the same day as my Joseph per notes from below.
Notes from email~
She (Mary Ann DENBO) was married to William WISEMAN. In 1839 William died and Joseph was appointd administrator to the estate and took guardianship of two of MaryAnn and William's children, Robert and Joseph WISEMAN. Their other children went under guardianship of George CONRAD. ~**this was sent to me via email and notes are credited to Alice Mae WISEMAN.
I have the siblings of Robert DENBO born 1777 as Nancy, Mary, Racheal, and Joseph.
Their parents are listed as John DENBO and Nancy WOODFIELD.
Hope this might help us find a connection?
