WILLIAM DENBY DIED 1816-1818 LAURENS SC WIFE POSSIBLY MARTHA "PATSY"
Posted by: Julia Bright (ID *****1928) Date: May 09, 2012 at 14:48:11

Where does the above William belong in the family? His debts against his estate discharged 1818. Signed by James YOUNG.
Wife may have been Patsy and a Patsy does appear on the Laurens 1820 with family.
Most interesting are debts to Wm BURNSIDE ESQ and dues for Jockey Club for 1816
Possible he died early than 1818 and it just took a long time to get things in order
Any thoughts appreciated

julie
