Pauline - re Longhurst/Dendy: all I have is the following excerpt from "The Dendy Family History Circle Newsletter #1" dated 1 November 1987: "Dendys have married into other well-known families: Nappers, Eversheds, Caffyns, Longhursts, Arters, Wellers." The author is David A. V. Dendy, Church Street, Upton, Didcot OX11 9JB, UK. We have not corresponded since 1996, but I assume that address is still good. Good luck,
