Searching for parents and family of SARAH MARGARET DENIS b. 26 Oct 1855 and m. to LAMBERT ANDRUS 4 Sep 1874. Her father was Sam Denis, no other info except his death in 1869/70. She had 4 older siblings: a brother Sam, b. ca 1847; sisters - JANE DENIS B. CA 1849; LINDA DENIS b. ca1851; NAN DENIS b. ca 1853.
Sarah's mother died ca 1858/59 when she was 3 years old; and her father died ca 1869/70 when she was 14 years old. After her father's death she lived with her sister JANE DENIS JOHNSON until her marriage to Lambert Andrus. Jane married a Mr Johnson and lived in Baxter Springs, KS. NAN DENIS married AB BAKER and lived in Elsey, MO. Nothing is known about the other siblings Linda or Sam. I am searching for the DENIS family especially, Sarah's parents and where they came from. Thanks to any who reply.
