Nell I wish I could be of some help to you. Unfortunatly I cannot. John S. Denmon was my great grandfather. I found his father Jacob in Northmoreland, Wyoming County, PA in the 1860 Census. I have not been able to tell if he was here in the 1850 Census. If Jacob was in Franklin Twp., Luz. Co. Pa in 1850 his wife was named Mary J., both were approx. 37 yrs. old. - and they had six daughters. The youngest daughter Mary was 2/3 yrs. of age In 1860 Jacob's wife was named Margaret and they were approx 46 yrs. of age & the oldest child in this census - Mary, was 13. I have been able to trace Mary Jane (They called her Jennie) Denmon. Jennie was born 1847 & died Sept. 1, 1888. She married James Baird July 4, 1872. Jennie is buried in the Miers Cemetery, Vernon, Wyoming Co., PA James Baird married his 2nd wife Alice D. Barney January 19, 1893. James & Alice are buried in the Warden Cemetry, Luz. Co., PA Notify Administrator about this message?
