I am looking for the parents of James A Denning (also spelled Dinning) of Sumner County, TN. James A was born in 1833 and died in 1906, he was married in 1849 to Martha A.L.V. Roney, daughter of Benjamin, and he had children named Dorotha (who went by Annette and married a Beasley) Thomas, Mary and Berninna. Berninna is my great grandmother. James is buried in the Beasley family graveyard in Smith County, TN.

Any help greatly appreciated!
