I am looking for information on Nathaniel/Nate Dennis. He was in Madison Co Missouri early 1800's. In 1815, while walking with another man in St Michaels, Madison Co , MO, (though at that time it was part of Ste Genivieve District)
he was witness to a murder. The inquest to the murder took place in the home of Mr. Ward. I have a copy of the inquest and know that the trail took place in Ste Genevieve MO. I am trying to find more info on the trail and the fate of the accussed murderer, and those involved.
