The Wisconsin Denzins were settled around the Milwaukee area. I do have some more specific info about them. All the Denzins seemed to immigrate from Mecklenburg, Germany. I do know that Henry Denzin (Dentzein in naturalization papers) was from the villiage of Knorrendorf in Mecklenburg. Do you know where in Germany the Denzau line came from?

I have seen so many variations of the spelling of Denzin that I wouldn't be surprised if there were a connection. I noticed that one of the variations on Denzau is Dentzau much like Denzein Dentzien.
